SPRING into a Positive Mindset
Spring has arrived! ☀️ The weather the past couple of days have been absolutely beautiful. I hope you have had a chance to get out and enjoy at least a few minutes of it.
The weather has a large impact on our mindset for the day. Just a couple minutes in the sun can really open up your mind, put a smile on your face and help you refocus your energy for what you need to accomplish. So if you haven’t got outside side, take this moment now and feel the sun on your skin. Also, today was running interval day in my training. Although I didn’t run outdoors, I did cool down outside and it felt great. Check out the video below to see how it went.
