Brian Fischer

Brian has devoted his entire professional career as a fitness coach and massage therapist to impacting the lives of others by working alongside his clients and athletes, helping them to take their next steps on their journey towards better health, fitness and performance. Brian believes that everyone can become a fitter and more athletic version of themselves, no matter how unfit or athletic they are now.

Brian works hard to appreciate the value and importance of a fit lifestyle, for himself and those he works with. And as a still competing athlete of daily living who manages chronic back and knee issues, a business owner and entrepreneur, a husband, and father to two wonderful boys, Brian understands the challenges that people face trying to fit fitness into their everyday lives. He uses these experiences and extensive knowledge to provide outcome-based coaching in movement, recovery, nutrition and mindset to help develop training programs and massage therapy sessions specific to the needs and wants of each client and athlete he works with. Brian would love the opportunity to help coach, educate and inspire you to live, move and feel better, so you can do the things that you want and need to do in life!

Peyton Coffin

Peyton is  a very motivated, ambitious, and persistent individual, and her clients can always count on her to make sure they remember why they started. Fitness started as a lifestyle for Peyton at a young age. Before coming to Edge Fitness, Peyton was a Track athlete at Briar Cliff University where she earned her degree in psychology. Her love for psychology is a lot like her love and passion for fitness as they both enable her to help others reach their full potential.

Growing up, Peyton played numerous sports, competed in many athletic events, and, to keep trying to become her best, she has recently decided to train for the American Ninja Warrior competition. Her dream in life is to be the best version of herself at whatever she decides to do, including helping you become your best! This is why Peyton decided Personal Training was the right path for her to take. Peyton loves being able to help people see past their limits and be with them every step of the way to reach their goals. But her dreams don’t stop there.

Aside from trying to excel in her own fitness and personal training career, Peyton hopes to one day become a fitness model and a fitness influencer. Peyton has always believed that if you can dream it, you can be it and the only person that is standing in the way of your success is you. Part of what has helped to shape her life and who she is as a person is that her mom passed when she was younger. Before she passed, she taught Peyton that age, weight, race, and gender is not all of you, but a part of you. Everyone starts at different fitness levels. Peyton believes comparing yourself to others is not worth the headache because you’re in your own race. She knows no fitness journey is going to be linear, there are going to be ups and downs, but you only truly lose if you stop trying. We are all our own hardest critics, and her goal as your Trainer is to help you see your strengths when you can’t and show you the path when you don’t know which way to go. And to help you avoid the potholes of excuses that come along the way. She hopes she can help you take your next steps here with her here at Edge Fitness!

Keep striving for your dreams and remember “Don’t wish for it work for it” – Peyton
