Obstacle Course Races are a great mix of running and fun. If you have been following these blogs you have seen that I am NOT a fan of long distance running and that is why I prefer Obstacle Course Races. Whether it’s a 3 mile race or 10 mile race the run gets broken up into pieces by challenging obstacles. It keeps me guessing and it’s exciting.
