Training for a GREATER purpose Wk1 Day 1

In 7 weeks I will be participating in a surrounding city adventure run. It consists of 4-5miles broken up with muddy obstacles. I’m SUPER excited to get back into these awesome events. I’m even more excited to have a #GREATERpurpose to my training. With that said I have decided to share my training experience with everyone.
