The OCRFit training plan consists of 5 training days. (3 running days and 2 strength days) Yesterday started my week with a trail run, which I just utilized my neighborhood for. It was an eye opener because I wasn’t able to reach the 35 minutes it called for. This allowed me to evaluate a few things like the time of day I trained at, my nutrition and of course my sleep. We all have to start somewhere, so I’m ok with the 25 minutes I did complete. Today I tackled the strength day in the comfort of my home.
