Working towards progress
Yesterday was day 5 for training and it was strength. I got into the gym and utilized the tools I needed to get through it. 👀check out my video below ⬇️.

The workout felt great, I’m excited to see how everything works Together to improve my running and some obstacles I will have to accomplish. Today is an off day, which means staying active and enjoying the weather!
